Boys Squad Dates for Regional Squad training sessions have been set for the following dates: January - Mon 25th February - Wed 10th and Mon 22nd March - Wed 10th and Mon 22nd April - Wed 7th and Mon 19th May - Wed 5th and Mon 17th Monday sessions will be held in Phoenix GC from 6.15-8.45pm. Wednesday sessions will be held in Ballymount from 6 - 8.30pm. The Thursday sessions have now been changed to Wednesdays and will now be held in Old Bawn’s new training facility in Ballymount. Wednesday training will be held from 6-8.30pm. Directions to the gym are attached. As ever when gymnasts are not training in their own gyms there is a fee of €6 Please note that regional squad gymnasts will be expected to attend the Appenzeller Shield (or higher national level competition where applicable.) The scores achieved at these competitions will be the basis for the selection of the 2010 Dublin Squad. Please note that if a gymnast misses three consecutive sessions in a row their place on the squad will be forfeited.
